Scale That
Grows With
Your Brand

We accommodate everything from 10-piece startup samples to 50,000-piece seasonal programs. Our production floor is organized into dedicated departments — cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing, and packaging — each with its own capacity planning and throughput targets.

As your brand scales, we scale with you. Clients who started with 10-piece test runs now order 10,000+ pieces per style — all managed by the same team, on the same floor, with the same quality standards throughout.

Modern Machines.
Expert Hands.

Our investment in technology is matched by our investment in training. Equipment is only as good as the people who operate it — our technicians average 8+ years of experience on their respective machines.

01
Automated Cutting Systems
Computer-controlled automated fabric cutting reduces material waste by up to 15% versus manual cutting. Consistent cut accuracy across all layers — critical for pattern matching and symmetrical panels in high-performance garments.
02
Large-Format Sublimation Printers
Production-grade calendering rollers and large-format Mimaki and Epson dye-sublimation printers produce consistent, repeatable color across every print run. Delta E color tolerance held to industry-standard limits.
03
Multi-Head Computerized Embroidery
Tajima and Barudan multi-head embroidery machines process up to 15 heads simultaneously. Precision digitizing software ensures consistent stitch count, density, and registration across production runs of any size.
04
Industrial Sewing Fleet
200+ Juki, Brother, and Dürkopp Adler industrial sewing machines configured for different stitch types — flatlock, overlock, cover stitch, blind stitch, and bonded seam. Dedicated sewing lines for specific product categories maintain pace and quality.
05
Automatic Screen Printing Press
Multicolor automatic rotary screen printing carousel handles up to 12-color discharge, plastisol, and specialty finishes. Integrated flash cure units and conveyor dryers ensure proper ink cure at every stage of production.
06
Heat Transfer & Bonding Equipment
Industrial heat press equipment for heat transfer vinyl, reflective transfers, seam sealing tapes, and bonded label application. Temperature and pressure calibrated per substrate for permanent, wash-durable application on all fabric types.

Zero Defects
Is The
Only Standard

Our multi-stage quality control process catches problems at the source — not at the end of the line. Every stage of production is inspected and documented before moving to the next step.

01
Incoming Fabric Inspection
All fabrics are inspected for weight, GSM, hand feel, color consistency, and defects before entering the cutting room. Defective rolls are rejected at the door — never cut into your order.
02
Pre-Production Sample Approval
A sealed pre-production sample is approved by you before bulk cutting begins. All measurements, construction, trims, and decoration are locked against the approved sample. Bulk production cannot start without your sign-off.
03
Inline Production Inspection
QC inspectors check work-in-progress at every sewing station — not just at the end of the line. Problems are identified and corrected in real time, preventing defective pieces from accumulating through the production run.
04
Finishing & Measurement Check
After sewing, every garment is steamed, pressed, and measured against tech pack specs across all sizes. Measurement tolerances are held to ±0.5 inches on critical dimensions. Outliers are either corrected or rejected.
05
Pre-Shipment AQL 2.5 Inspection
Before packing, a statistically valid AQL 2.5 sampling inspection is conducted on the finished goods. Inspection covers workmanship, measurement, appearance, trims, and packaging against the original purchase order specifications.
06
Third-Party Inspection (On Request)
We welcome third-party inspection by Bureau Veritas, SGS, Intertek, or your own nominated inspector at no additional charge for access. We're confident in our quality — you're welcome to verify it independently.

AQL 2.5

We operate to AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) 2.5 — the international standard used by major global brands. At AQL 2.5, the maximum defect rate permitted in an accepted lot is 2.5% for major defects and 4.0% for minor defects. Our actual defect rate is consistently under 0.5%.
