Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per style per color for most jacket types — including puffers, bombers, softshells, and windbreakers. For varsity jackets, which require more complex construction and material sourcing, the MOQ is 20 pieces. Sample pieces can be produced in quantities of 1–3 at development rates prior to bulk production.

Down provides the best warmth-to-weight ratio and is ideal for premium collections where packability and luxury positioning matter. Synthetic fill is more affordable, performs better in wet conditions, and is more straightforward to care for — making it popular for activewear and mid-market brands. We can produce both and provide fabric swatches to help inform your decision.

Yes. Our waterproof rain jackets use 2.5-layer or 3-layer bonded construction with fully taped and sealed seams. Waterproofing is rated to a minimum of 10,000mm hydrostatic head. We use YKK Aquaguard or equivalent waterproof coil zippers, and DWR treatment is applied to the outer shell as standard on all waterproof styles.

Varsity jackets offer extensive customization: body and sleeve color selection, ribbed trim color at collar, cuffs, and waistband, choice of snap buttons or zip front, front welt pockets, interior pocket with zipper, and fully custom lining. Branding options include chenille patches, direct embroidery, woven labels, and interior graphic printing.

Standard production lead time is 20–30 business days after sample approval, depending on jacket complexity. Puffer jackets with down fill and multi-layer rain jackets typically take longer than basic windbreakers or coaches jackets. Rush production is available on select styles. Air freight transit to the USA is 5–7 days from dispatch.
