Our standard legging fabric is an 80% nylon / 20% spandex blend at 220 GSM — squat-proof, 4-way stretch, and moisture-wicking. We also offer 88% polyester / 12% spandex for a more affordable option, and a premium 82% nylon / 18% spandex Italian-sourced fabric for luxury collections. All fabrics are opacity-tested before production begins.
Yes. We have circular knitting machines for true seamless construction. Seamless garments have zero stitched seams along the body, providing maximum comfort for yoga and low-impact training. MOQ for seamless styles is 50 pieces per colorway due to machine setup costs.
Every activewear piece undergoes a 10-point QC inspection: fabric GSM check, color consistency, seam strength, elasticity recovery, label placement, measurement accuracy, stitching quality, zipper function, pilling resistance, and final packaging condition. We can share inspection reports on request.
Yes. We offer heat-transfer waistband branding, woven inner labels, printed fabric labels, and full-wrap waistband printing. Rubber patch logos and embossed silicone prints on waistbands are also available for premium tier collections.
Pricing depends on fabric, GSM, style complexity, and quantity. As a guide: basic polyester leggings start around $8–$12 FOB per piece at 50+ units.
