Three different manufacturing models — here's what each one means and which one fits your business.

Model A
OEM
Original Equipment Manufacturing. You provide the complete design — detailed tech pack, fabrics, trims, and specifications — and we manufacture it exactly to your blueprint. You own the IP. We execute with precision. Best for brands with strong in-house design capability.
Model B
ODM
Original Design Manufacturing. We design the product from our existing range or create a new design based on your brief, and you purchase the manufacturing rights to sell it under your brand. Best for brands who want speed-to-market without extensive design resources.
Model C — Most Common
Private Label
The most flexible model. You provide design direction, references, and brand identity. We create the tech pack, source materials, manufacture the garment, and apply your branding in full — labels, tags, packaging. The product goes to market carrying your brand, made in our factory. This is the most popular model for new and scaling brands.

OEM means you provide the complete design and we manufacture it. Private label means we manufacture the product and you apply your brand to it. In practice most clients use a hybrid — they provide design direction and we execute it, with full private label branding (labels, tags, packaging) applied throughout. Powerline supports all three models: OEM, ODM, and private label.
Yes. You provide your brand artwork files (AI or EPS format, with Pantone color references) and we produce all branded components — woven labels, hang tags, poly bags, tissue paper, and packaging — to your exact specifications. We can also help with design direction if you're early in your brand development.
Our minimum for private label orders is 30 pieces per style. This allows us to economically produce all branded components (woven labels, hang tags, custom packaging) without excessive setup cost per unit. For basic garments without complex branding we can sometimes accommodate 20 pieces — ask us.
Custom woven labels typically take 10–14 days to produce from artwork approval. We order all branded components in parallel with tech pack development and sampling so they're ready before bulk production begins — adding no extra time to the overall schedule.
Yes. We are thoroughly familiar with Amazon FBA requirements including FNSKU label placement, poly bag sealing specifications (sealed with adhesive), suffocation warning requirements (printed on bags), and carton labeling. We can prep your entire order specifically for delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers.
For best results provide: vector artwork files (AI or EPS) for labels and hang tags, color specifications in Pantone and CMYK, any brand guidelines, and packaging reference images or dimensions. We can work with high-resolution raster files (300dpi+) if vectors aren't available, though vectors give the sharpest results for woven labels.
