Our
Manufacturing
Process

No black boxes. No guesswork. Every order follows the same rigorous 7-step process — and you're informed and in control at each stage. From brief to your door, here's exactly what happens.

From Brief to
Your Door

Seven steps. Zero ambiguity. Here's exactly how your garment goes from an idea in your head to a finished product in your hands.

01
Day 1
Initial Inquiry & Quote — 24-Hour Response
Submit your brief via email. Include reference images, fabric preferences (or let us recommend), quantity, size range, and target delivery date. The more detail, the faster and more accurate our quote.

Our team reviews your brief the same day. Within 24 hours you receive a detailed quote including: unit pricing at your requested quantity and at scale tiers, recommended fabric options with composition and GSM, estimated production timeline, and all-in DDP shipping cost to your destination. No vague "contact us for pricing" — real numbers, fast.
02
Week 1–2 · Free of Charge
Design & Tech Pack Development
Once you approve the quote, our in-house tech pack team begins work immediately. We create a fully detailed technical package including: flat sketches with all measurements and seam allowances, fabric and lining specifications, trim details (zipper types, toggle specs, drawcord, elastic), colorway breakdowns with Pantone references, stitch type specifications, and label placement diagrams.

Tech packs are provided at no additional cost. This is our commitment to precision manufacturing — ambiguous specifications lead to bad samples, wasted time, and rework. We eliminate ambiguity at the source.
03
Week 2
Material & Trim Sourcing
We source all fabrics and trims from our vetted network of performance textile suppliers. Our fabric library holds 200+ performance and fashion fabrics in stock — from 4-way stretch nylon to moisture-wicking polyester blends to recycled materials and technical softshells.

If you need something specific — a particular GSM, a composition, a finish, or a certification (OEKO-TEX, GRS recycled) — we'll source it from our supplier network. All incoming fabrics and trims are tested for colorfastness, shrinkage, and tensile strength before being approved for production use.
04
Week 2–4 · Shipped to You
Pre-Production Sample
Before a single unit of bulk production is cut, we make you a full pre-production sample. This is your exact garment, sewn to the tech pack specification, in the actual production fabric, with your actual trims and labels in place.

Sample delivery timeline: 12–18 days from tech pack approval. We ship via DHL Express directly to your address worldwide. You physically inspect the sample, try it on, wash test it, and decide: approve or revise. You are never asked to approve bulk production based on a photo.
05
Your Review Period
Sample Review & Approval
You review the physical sample and provide feedback using our structured review form. We accept up to 2 rounds of revisions at no charge. Common revision requests include: fit adjustments, seam repositioning, fabric substitution, trim changes, colorway tweaks, or label placement.

Once you sign off on the sample in writing, we lock the specification permanently. Nothing goes to bulk without your written approval. This step is your quality guarantee — it's the moment you become certain of what you're going to receive at scale.
06
Week 4–7 · AQL 2.5 Standard
Bulk Production with Inline QC
Bulk production begins immediately after written approval. Our quality control team performs inline inspections at three checkpoints:

1. Post-cutting: Every panel is measured against the approved spec. Panels outside tolerance are rejected before sewing begins.
2. Mid-production: Seam quality, construction accuracy, and consistency are checked during assembly. Issues are caught and corrected before they compound across the run.
3. Pre-packing: Finished garments are inspected against the approved sample — fit, construction, labels, trims. Defective units are pulled and replaced.

AQL 2.5 inspection standard applied to all bulk orders.
07
Final Step · DDP to Your Door
Final Inspection, Packaging & Shipment
Every order undergoes a final inspection before leaving our facility — garments are compared against the approved sample one final time. Passed units are then: poly-bagged individually, labeled per your brand requirements (size stickers, hang tags, custom tissue), packed in export cartons with packing lists, and handed to the freight forwarder.

We ship DDP to your exact address via air freight (FedEx/DHL, 5–7 days) or sea freight (18–25 days). You receive tracking, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Your goods arrive duty-paid and ready to sell.

Quality Control
Standards

Quality is not a final step — it's built into every stage of our process. Here's exactly how we protect the standard of every garment that leaves our facility.

📋
AQL Standards
We apply AQL 2.5 Level II inspection on all bulk orders — the same standard used by leading global activewear brands. Defects are classified into three categories:
  • Critical defects: Zero tolerance. Any garment with a critical defect (safety risk, mislabeling) is automatically rejected.
  • Major defects: AQL 2.5 allowance — visible quality issues that affect function or appearance. Strict limits apply.
  • Minor defects: AQL 4.0 allowance — minor cosmetic variations that don't affect use. Subject to agreed limits.
🔍
Inspection Checkpoints
Four mandatory inspection checkpoints on every bulk order:
  • Pre-production: Fabric and trim inspection before cutting begins
  • Post-cutting: Panel dimension verification against approved tech pack
  • Mid-production: Assembly quality checks during sewing — seams, construction, consistency
  • Pre-shipment: Final garment inspection against approved sample — 100% visual pass/fail
🧪
Testing Protocols
All fabrics and finished garments are subject to our testing regime:
  • Colorfastness: Wash, rub, and light colorfastness testing to ISO standards
  • Shrinkage: Dimensional stability after washing per ISO 6330
  • Seam strength: Seam slippage and breaking force testing
  • Pilling resistance: Martindale abrasion testing on performance fabrics
  • Wash testing: 10-wash simulation before bulk approval on first orders

Process
FAQ

The total timeline from brief submission to delivery is typically 8–10 weeks via air freight. This breaks down as: 1 day for quote, 1–2 weeks for tech pack development, 12–18 days for sample production, 5–7 days for sample shipping and review, 30–45 days for bulk production, and 5–7 days for air freight delivery. Sea freight adds 2–3 more weeks but significantly reduces shipping cost on larger orders.
No. Tech pack development is provided free of charge as part of your order. We believe precise documentation is the foundation of quality manufacturing — not an upsell. A complete tech pack prevents misunderstandings, reduces sample rounds, and ultimately saves everyone time and money.
You get up to 2 rounds of sample revisions at no extra charge. Provide specific, detailed feedback on each revision point and we address every item. If after 2 rounds the sample still isn't right, we'll have a direct conversation to understand exactly what's not working. No bulk production ever starts without your written approval.
We produce one pre-production sample and ship it to your address. If revisions are needed we produce a revised sample. The sample is a physical garment manufactured in your exact production fabric with your actual trims and labels — not a prototype or mock-up. You receive a real, inspectable garment.
Yes. Factory visits are welcome by appointment. We encourage clients who want a deeper understanding of how their product is made to visit. We can also arrange scheduled video calls with the production floor team, and we send inline QC photos and videos during bulk production on request.
We apply AQL 2.5 Level II inspection standards on all bulk orders. This is the internationally recognized standard used by major global apparel brands. Defects are classified as Critical (zero tolerance), Major (AQL 2.5 allowance), or Minor (AQL 4.0 allowance). We can provide full inspection reports on request.
