Ordering & MOQ
6 questions
Our standard MOQ starts at 50 pieces per style per color for most apparel categories including activewear, cycling wear, and outdoor technical garments. For simple cut-and-sew basics like t-shirts and shorts, MOQ can be as low as 30 pieces. We also offer low MOQ programs for startup brands beginning at 10–25 pieces per style for select products — contact us to discuss your specific project.
Yes. The MOQ applies per style per color, not per size. You can split your order across your full size run (XS through XXL, or custom sizing) as long as the total quantity meets the minimum. For example, a 50-piece MOQ order could be broken down as 5 XS, 10 S, 15 M, 12 L, 8 XL — the total adds up to 50 across all sizes.
Yes, we run a dedicated low MOQ program for startup brands and independent designers who need smaller runs to test the market. Minimum quantities as low as 10–25 pieces per style may be available for select products. Please visit our Low MOQ page or contact our team directly to discuss your requirements.
MOQ applies per individual style, not across your total order. You cannot combine quantities from different styles to meet the minimum for one style. However, placing multiple styles in a single production order often qualifies for volume discounts on per-unit pricing and reduces overall per-unit shipping costs significantly.
Reorder quantities are subject to the same MOQ as initial orders. For brands with ongoing reorder needs, we recommend placing larger initial orders to reduce per-unit costs. Some of our regular clients place blanket orders with phased deliveries — contact us to discuss a production schedule that fits your business model and cash flow.
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. Pre-production (PP) samples are produced from your approved tech pack and fabric selection before bulk manufacturing begins. Sample lead time is typically 10–21 days depending on complexity. Sample costs vary by style and may be credited against your bulk order once placed.

Design & Tech Packs
5 questions
A tech pack is strongly recommended and required for complex technical garments. It ensures accurate production and reduces back-and-forth. If you don't have one, our in-house product development team can create a tech pack from your sketches, reference samples, or inspiration images. Tech pack development typically takes 7–14 business days and is quoted based on complexity.
We accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Encapsulated PostScript (.eps), and high-resolution PDF files for all print and sublimation artwork. For embroidery, we can work from vector files or create digitized files in-house. For tech packs, PDFs with detailed technical drawings, measurements, and construction notes are preferred. Screen printing files should be separated by color with registration marks.
Yes. Sending a reference garment is one of the most effective ways to communicate quality expectations and construction details. Our team will measure, analyze, and document the sample to create a reverse-engineered tech pack. Please note: we manufacture garments inspired by reference samples — we do not replicate branded designs or infringe on trademarks or intellectual property.
The standard sampling process includes: (1) First Proto Sample — for fit, construction, and design review; (2) Revised Proto or Pre-Production Sample — incorporating your approved feedback; (3) Bulk production upon final approval. Most clients approve within 2 rounds. Additional sample rounds can be produced at cost if major changes are required.
Absolutely. Our product development team provides fabric recommendations based on your garment category, target market, performance requirements, and price point. We can send fabric swatch cards for approval before finalizing your order. Our team has sourced and tested hundreds of fabric constructions across activewear, outerwear, and lifestyle apparel categories.

Production & Quality
5 questions
Standard production lead time after sample approval is 30–60 days depending on the product category and order complexity. Basic cut-and-sew styles: 30–40 days. Performance activewear and sublimation styles: 35–45 days. Technical outerwear and complex construction: 45–60 days. Express production is available on select items at a rush surcharge — contact us for availability.
Yes. Our in-house QC team conducts AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspections during and after production. Each shipment includes a QC report with measurements, defect findings, and photo documentation. You may also arrange third-party inspections through agencies like SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek — we coordinate full factory access on request. We target AQL 2.5 on all standard orders.
Our factory operates to ISO 9001 quality management standards. We work with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabrics and can provide certification documentation for your supply chain. We also have experience producing garments that meet CPSIA requirements for the US children's market and REACH compliance for European markets. Sedex (SMETA) audit documentation is available on request.
We work with a comprehensive range of performance fabrics: polyester, nylon, spandex blends, merino wool, bamboo, recycled polyester (GRS certified), DWR-coated fabrics, 3-layer laminates, softshell, fleece, mesh, and natural cotton blends. We source from approved mills in Pakistan, China, Taiwan, and South Korea. Custom fabric development is possible for large repeat orders.
We offer: dye-sublimation printing (all-over print for polyester), screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, puff print, rubberized logos, reflective printing, and woven labels. For sportswear, sublimation is the most popular method as it enables full custom color designs with no feel or weight added to the garment. We also do cut-and-sew panel design in any color combination.

Shipping & Delivery to USA
5 questions
Sea freight from Sialkot/Karachi to major US ports (Los Angeles, New York) typically takes 21–28 days in transit. Allow an additional 3–7 business days for US customs clearance. Air freight is available and takes approximately 5–8 days door-to-door, but is significantly more expensive — typically 5–8x the cost of sea freight. Most clients use sea freight for bulk orders and air only for urgent small shipments.
We ship on FOB (Free On Board) terms from our factory. This means you are responsible for international freight and US customs clearance. We can connect you with reliable freight forwarders with experience in Pakistan-to-USA garment shipments. We provide all required export documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Form A / GSP), and bill of lading.
US import duty rates on apparel from Pakistan range from 12% to 32% depending on fabric content, construction, and HTS code classification. Knit garments and woven garments are classified differently. We recommend working with a licensed US customs broker who can determine the exact duty rate for your specific product and advise on proper HTS classification to avoid over- or under-payment.
Yes. We regularly export to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, all European Union countries, the UAE, and beyond. We have established freight forwarder relationships handling Pakistan-origin garment shipments globally. Typical transit times: UK 21–25 days sea, Australia 25–35 days sea, Europe 18–25 days sea. Contact us for destination-specific freight estimates.
Yes. We can prepare and label orders to Amazon FBA specifications, including FNSKU/ASIN barcodes, polybag requirements, carton labels, and individual unit labeling. We can also coordinate shipments directly to your 3PL warehouse. Please provide your 3PL's receiving requirements or Amazon FBA shipment plan details and our team will coordinate packaging and labeling accordingly.

Yes. Per-unit pricing decreases as order quantities increase. Meaningful savings typically kick in at 300, 500, and 1,000+ pieces per style. Our quotations outline tiered pricing so you can clearly see the cost-per-unit savings at different volume levels and make an informed decision about your initial order quantity.
Our FOB quotations include: all garment production, standard poly-bag packaging and export cartons, and in-house QC inspection. Items charged separately and always quoted upfront: sample production fees (often credited against bulk orders), custom hang tags and labeling beyond standard, third-party lab testing or certification, and rush production surcharges. We provide fully itemized quotations so there are no surprises.
